Art Contest
Registration to the contest for 2026 is now closed 12:01 am 11/4/2026
We are pleased to announce the launch of this year's art contest open to all Oakville youth JK through grade 12. Online submissions based on age group themes must be in by Friday April 10th 2026. The actual art pieces must be delivered on Sunday April 12th. The contestants will be informed by email of the location and time frame of the art drop off.
All entries must be an original drawing (black and white or colour) or painting. Digital artwork is NOT accepted in this competition.
We are please to announce that the monetary prizes have been increased this year.
The winners are presented with certificates and cash prizes 1st place $150, 2nd place $100, 3rd place $70 and honourable mention $50.
An art show/awards night is planned for a date in May (TBA).
The age groups are broken down as follows:
JK to Grade 2. Theme: Things that make me smile.
Grade 3 to 5. Theme. If I could make the world a better place.
Grade 6 to 8. Theme: The power of possibility.
High School. Theme: Hope in uncertain times.
